NEWARK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, NJ
Motorists planning to use Newark International Airport's long-term parking lot this summer should allow extra travel time due to a construction related decrease in parking spaces in lots D and E and the probable need to use the more distant Long Term Lot G. More time is needed to park in Lot G because it is located in the North Area of the airport, more than 3 miles from the main passenger terminals. The Port Authority provides free shuttle bus service btwn Lot G and passenger terminals. Motorists can call (201) 961-6000 for up-to-date airport information on where parking spaces are available. Once at the airport, they can tune in to 530 AM on their car radios for the latest updates.
